Hi everyone. So I've been going crazy because the work schedule was just upped, so I decided I'm going to work on this in my spare time. It'll probably come out slowly. But right now I'm looking for someone to play two or possibly three roles. The male ones are easy enough to just manipulate digitally. But the female ones sound funny when I try to do it.

I was wondering if anyone would like to help me out in their spare time by picking up either one, two, or all three of the female roles in the first few episodes. I'm going to do a few of these episodes and if it picks up steam I'm going to hopefully cover the whole series which spans 26 episodes. The series is called Casshern Sins. I'm addicted to most things Casshern, so I'm sorry if this is too much for you all.

The character break down is as follows for the roles:

Lyuze, The one that appears in the video below but has no voice... YET smile.gif she's about 17-19 years of age , she represents a past Casshern doesn't remember, and she bears a grudge against Casshern, and seeks to kill him. She's as deadly as she is beautiful, and very serious most of the time but can play with Casshern as a Cat would with a mouse.

Ringo, 6-7 years old, innocent in all aspects, she views the world in a bright light, despite its barren features. She finds beauty in all and judges none. Brave in that child-like naivety, in that she still doesn't know there are bad things in the world and believes only in good.

Luna, 11-12 years old, She doesn't appear often at the beginning of the series but holds a strong connection to the past Casshern can't remember. She is a goddess to all that still live, renown as a gentle spirit who saves all.


This is the unfinished clip I worked on. I got a new mic so my voice work will all be re-done for better quality sound. The music is the same as the original Japanese series, but the sound effects were found and edited in by me. (As you'll be able to tell, I gotta find more public domain sound FX). I'll also be using better movie quality. The video was encoded to smaller frame size. I'll fix it once I get this all going.

Please let me know if you're interested. I really really want to do this and get it done and out there. Like I said, it'll be casual releases --I'm shooting for one episode every 2 weeks. But even though I'm going to try to go easy, I'm going to be picky with who I choose for the voice actress(es). I don't mean to scare anyone away, because I'd love the help, but I do want to try to do this with as high a quality I can achieve with my limited resources. It won't take up to much of your free time. You'd be surprised how few lines there are. Mostly, it's grunting and groaning and just synching up the lip movements. I'll provide the script and editing.

Please 'audition'. I'll just have you private message me some recordings of selected lines I have from the show to see if the sound you present is right for the role.
